FAQ's
Customers must provide us with their proper documents. Your DM Wholesale Account request will not be approved if the application is missing any of the following:
- A copy of the Authorized Representative’s un–expired Driver’s License. The Authorized Representative is the individual authorized to act on behalf of the business.
- A copy of the business un–expired Resale Certificate.
- A copy of the business EIN Assignment Letter. If you do not have a copy of your EIN Assignment Letter, we will accept any state document that details the EIN.
- A copy of the business un–expired Tobacco and/or Vaping License.
You must create an account in order to see prices and officially start shopping online. You must be a store owner with a valid business license or tax ID and in some states a valid tobacco license to shop with us ONLINE and IN PERSON. Appropriate documents are required upon entering our warehouse or after submitting an online order.
DistroMike offers ordering with NO MINIMUMS.
Orders are processed once payment is received. Additional payment terms may be made available for bulk ordering.

All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise noted. If you would like to purchase expedited shipping, please select the desired shipping service at order checkout. Orders containing more than 10 packages may be shipped Freight. All orders are assigned tracking information at the time of shipping.
Orders are shipped from our Clearwater, Florida fulfillment warehouse.
Please be sure to reach out to your sales rep by phone immediately if you receive anything broken/damaged. Sending pictures will expedite this process.
When you shop with DistroMike, all orders over $500 ship Fast and Free. Orders under $500 incur a flat $10 shipping fee.
Orders made before 12:00PM EST Monday – Friday typically ship within one Business Day. Orders placed after 12:00PM EST Monday – Friday typically ship within 2 Business Days.

If an order arrives in a damaged condition, you must contact us within 48 hours. We will process a return on the damaged items and send replacements.
If any items on your order are Out-Of-Stock, we may ship the In-Stock items and ship the remainder of the order at a later date. This will be communicated to you on your packing slips.

If for any reason you cannot sell through a SKU that you purchase directly from DistroMike Wholesale, we will replace it or provide you with an account credit that’s of equivalent value. And, we’ll do all of this at no cost to you.
