Customers must provide us with their proper documents. Your DM Wholesale Account request will not be approved if the application is missing any of the following:

  • A copy of the Authorized Representative’s un–expired Driver’s License. The Authorized Representative is the individual authorized to act on behalf of the business.
  • A copy of the business un–expired Resale Certificate.
  • A copy of the business EIN Assignment Letter. If you do not have a copy of your EIN Assignment Letter, we will accept any state document that details the EIN.
  • A copy of the business un–expired Tobacco and/or Vaping License.

Orders are processed once payment is received. We do not offer terms on online orders of any size, payment is due at the time of ordering.

Additional payment terms may be made available for bulk ordering; please contact us if you have additional questions regarding bulk orders.

If you're unable to see our prices listed on products - It's because you're not a member yet. We offer wholesale pricing to stores and licensed resellers exclusively. If you're interested in joining, apply now!

If you are a member, but still can't see prices, make sure you're logged into your account first.

All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise noted. If you would like to purchase expedited shipping, please select the desired shipping service at order checkout. Orders containing more than 10 packages may be shipped Freight. All orders are assigned tracking information at the time of shipping.

When you shop with DistroMike, all orders over $500 ship Fast and Free. Orders under $500 incur a flat $10 shipping fee.

Orders made before 12:00PM EST Monday – Friday typically ship within one Business Day. Orders placed after 12:00PM EST Monday – Friday typically ship within 2 Business Days. 

If an order arrives in a damaged condition, you must contact us within 48 hours. We will process a return on the damaged items and send replacements.

If any items on your order are Out-Of-Stock, we may ship the In-Stock items and ship the remainder of the order at a later date. This will be communicated to you on your packing slips.
